Evaluation & reporting
A consistent evaluation infrastructure across all tracks — built for funder compliance and continuous program improvement.
Pre/Post Assessments
Knowledge and skills assessments at program entry and exit for all tracks; career readiness surveys.
Attendance Tracking
Daily attendance recorded in program-specific case management systems (FamCare for DYRS programs; DC Networks for DOES programs).
Credential Tracking
Certification exam scheduling, results documentation, and re-test support for all credential-bearing tracks.
Monthly Progress Reports
Submitted to funders with attendance data, outputs achieved, budget projections, and participant stories.
12-Month Follow-Up
Tracks 3 & 4: employment retention verification, wage progression documentation, and continued support referrals.
Final Closeout Reports
Submitted 15 days prior to grant end date; includes all output data, financial reconciliation, and lessons learned.
